One Beverly Hills Guns customer identity

Creating or using a BHguns.net account creates or uses your Beverly Hills Guns customer record. BHguns.net is a separate public channel, not a separate customer database. Information needed for appointments, eligibility workflows, store service, or recordkeeping remains in the protected Beverly Hills Guns customer system.

Information used by BHguns.net

We use account identifiers, listing content and images, messages, appointment referral status, safety and moderation records, and limited technical data needed to operate and protect the service.

What other users see

Public pages display your chosen BHguns public display name, an identity-on-file indicator, listing content, the general location you choose to publish, account activity, and feedback. Public member profiles are excluded from search indexing, and listing search metadata uses only the public display name without publishing your member-profile identifier. We do not intentionally display your full legal name, home address, email address, telephone number, birth date, identification documents, license numbers, background-check information, or protected store records.

Display-name records and private name disclosure

We retain current and prior public display names for trust, safety, fraud prevention, moderation, and account continuity. When a buyer and seller schedule a Beverly Hills Guns transfer, we may show their legal customer names privately to one another for that transaction. This private disclosure does not place either legal name on a public listing, profile, review, sitemap, or search result.

Messages

Participants can see messages sent to them. Authorized Beverly Hills Guns staff may review and preserve BHguns communications for safety, policy enforcement, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Do not send identification documents, financial credentials, home addresses, or other sensitive information through BHguns.net messaging.

Account and record requests

Because your BHguns.net access is connected to your Beverly Hills Guns customer record, certain data may need to be retained for security, compliance, dispute, or recordkeeping purposes even if a listing is removed. Contact ffl@beverlyhillsguns.com with privacy questions or requests.
